He co-founded a renowned clinic in Phnom Penh and a successful chain of outpatient clinics in Malaysia. An advocate for preventive healthcare, Dr. Ti educates the public in Cambodia through regular articles and is the author of The Art and Science of Healthy Living. He has received multiple accolades, including Best Family Physician of the Year 2020, and spends his leisure time farming, meditating, and writing health articles.

Group Managing Director Prof. Dr. Md. Bipul Nazir is the Founder and Managing Director of H Healthcare Berhad Group and holds leadership positions in multiple global organizations, including McClane Capital London and GreenLife Health Care. With over 16 years of international business experience, his expertise spans healthcare, property investments, oil and gas, and foreign investments. Dr. Nazir is dedicated to establishing H Healthcare Berhad Group as a globally recognized leader in the healthcare industry. He is known for his visionary leadership and innovation, particularly for developing REGENactive Therapy, which has significantly improved the lives of individuals with non-communicable diseases, strokes, and cancer.

Chief Operating Officer Dr. Feynman Lau, Executive Director and co-founder of H Healthcare Berhad, plays a key role in the business administration and operations of the group. As Group Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the establishment and management of healthcare subsidiaries, ensuring they adhere to international standards. His focus is on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving the strategic growth of the organization. With an emphasis on maintaining high-quality healthcare services, Dr. Lau's leadership ensures that the group continues to evolve and excel within the healthcare industry.
